Devices to be Purchased
We ONLY buy phones that are believed to be associated with one of the 5 big carriers (No SIM Restrictions, AT&T, VERIZON, XFINITY, SPECTRUM, BOOST or TMOBILE). Proof of Carrier can be found in the iPhone Settings.
We DO NOT buy any device that has any bends or signs of liquid damage at intake.
We DO NOT buy completely dead phones on the spot. If we replace the screen and it is functional, we will then pay for it. The customer must be willing to leave the phone with us for 24 hours. (Enter a free diagnostic ticket to give to them).
We DO NOT buy phones that have an Apple ID or Google account stuck on the phone.
IF the device is FULLY FUNCTIONAL, use the Apple Trade-In Link below to calculate the buyback price LESS $20 (for ease of parking). Reduce the price another $25 if Carrier Locked. Use the "Just Trading In? Get an Apple Gift Card" section.
IF the device needs a repair, use the Apple Trade-In Website as FULLY FUNCTIONAL and then discount by the amount below. If it discounts it below zero, we will not buy the device and suggest they recycle the device.
